If a Client enters into a separate signed agreement, proposal, or service exhibit with Landin Creative Co., that signed agreement will control if there is any conflict with these Terms.

3. Payment and Pricing
A minimum order fee of $50 applies per catalog unless otherwise stated in writing.
Additional fees may apply for approved add-ons, rush delivery, no-anchor submissions, overages, or other services outside standard editing scope.
Payment is due in full prior to final delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Delivery and Turnaround Time
For appointment-based editing, estimated turnaround is generally based on final edited image count and current catalog tier, unless otherwise quoted in writing.
For monthly retainer clients, no appointments are booked. Retainer clients receive priority queue placement, and queue confirmation is generally sent within one (1) business day once the catalog is received in ready-to-edit condition. Estimated delivery for retainer work is based on the size, complexity, and readiness of each submitted catalog.
Rush or expedited delivery is available only by approval and subject to availability.
Delivery is made through Dropbox or another agreed method.
5. Revisions
Clients are encouraged to communicate style preferences, anchor images, references, presets, profiles, and notes clearly before editing begins so the scope and expectations are clean from the start.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final delivered edited images remain the Client’s property.
Landin Creative Co. reserves the right to use edited images for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before delivery.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Once editing work has begun, cancellations will not be refunded.
Landin Creative Co. reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if Client conduct is inappropriate, abusive, dishonest, or otherwise violates these Terms or any signed agreement.
8. Liability
Landin Creative Co. is not responsible for files that are lost, corrupted, delayed, or damaged due to third-party platforms, internet issues, sync failures, transfer errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all original files and catalogs.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
Landin Creative Co. does not sell client data.
Information may be shared only with trusted third-party platforms or service providers as needed to operate the business and fulfill services.
10. Changes to Terms
Landin Creative Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective once posted or otherwise communicated. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Services
Landin Creative Co. provides professional photo editing services for wedding and portrait photographers. Services may include standard editing, appointment-based editing, monthly retainer editing, and, where offered, a complimentary free trial.
Standard editing may include balanced crop and straighten, preset or profile application, basic global adjustments, tone curve, HSL and color correction, sharpening, lens corrections, and basic masking, as outlined on our website, pricing guide, or in written communication.
Approved add-ons may include culling, local adjustments, and catalog organization.
Unless explicitly approved in writing, services do not include heavy local masking, advanced object removal, head or eye swaps, advanced retouching, composites, AI denoise, lens blur, or other work outside standard editing scope.
2. Client Responsibilities
- a Lightroom catalog with Smart Previews
- final selects, unless culling has been approved
- anchor images or style references where applicable
- any notes, presets, profiles, or instructions needed for the job
- fully uploaded and synced files
Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their original files and for reviewing delivered images promptly after delivery.
